TITLE: INTAKE CLERK II

Felony Division

An immediate position is available for an Intake Clerk II in the Felony Division. The duties for this position includes copying; scanning of files; faxing; processing 911 CDs; mail runs twice daily to include the Clerk’s Office; delivering files to court rooms; scanning documents into vCase; processing lab reports; depo entries in ASA calendars; assisting unit supervisor with Closed Case data entry; Disposition data entry; maintaining inventory of office and copier supplies; and assisting with preliminary calendars if needed. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Minimum requirements are:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • Two (2) years clerical experience
  • Successful completion of a skills test
  • Must be able to lift approximately 25 lbs. and move boxes of files on a regular basis

Starting Annual Salary: $23,221.08
