  Election Response Team

Our Election Response Team is a collaborative effort of personnel from the State Attorney's Office, Miami-Dade Inspector General, FDLE, Office of Elections, Office of the Mayor, The United States Attorney, and the Collins Center for Public Policy.

The Elections Hotline at the State Attorney's Office, 305-547-3300, receives calls from the general public regarding voter complaints and other election-related issues and refers them to be handled by the appropriate agency. Should an investigation into a criminal allegation be needed, the law enforcement agency best suited for the situation will respond immediately.

Teams of investigators from the SAO will be deployed County-wide during elections to monitor activity at the polls in order to facilitate the routing of complaints. The Elections Hotline will continue in operation through the November final election.
