To schedule a room for your non-felony deposition please call the offices below. In addition to mailing a Notice of Taking a Deposition, and having confirmed the date and time with the prosecutor ( pursuant to Rule 3.220(h)(1)).

It is the responsibility of the defense attorney to provide or contract with a court reporter to appear at any scheduled defense deposition. The State Attorney's Office will not provide court reporters for defense depositions.
