Deposition Room Reservation Request
In addition to mailing a Notice of Taking Deposition, and having confirmed the date and time of your deposition with the prosecutor (pursuant to Rule 3.220(h)(1)), felony deposition rooms at the State Attorney's main office (1350 NW 12 Ave) must be reserved in advance. It is the responsibility of the defense attorney to provide or contract with a court reporter to appear at any scheduled defense deposition. The State Attorney's Office will not provide court reporters for defense depositions. Please fill out and submit the form on this page to make your felony deposition room request. Within one business day you will be e-mailed a confirming reservation for a room in which to conduct your deposition and the length of time for which the room will be made available. Meeting the needs of the general public is an important factor in our continued effort to provide the highest level of service to our community. We hope that you find this service to be helpful and beneficial in your visits to our office.
