An immediate position is available for an Intake Clerk I in the Facilities Management Group.  The candidate will be responsible for maneuvering heavy furniture with the assistance of a hand truck and/or dolly in various worksites, as well as tracking the furniture inventory being moved. Additional duties include setting up conference rooms for trainings and special events, reporting and tracking telephone repairs, and tracking maintenance issues for the various worksites. The work schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the flexibility of work hours is needed.

Minimum requirements are:

  • High School Diploma or its equivalent
  • One (1) year clerical experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must possess a valid and current Florida Drivers’ License, and have a very good driving record The successful candidate must work effectively with all levels of staff and outside agencies.   The candidate must possess very good verbal communication skills, be computer literate, detail oriented, and must also work effectively within stringent time constraints.

Starting Annual Salary: $20,613.12
