  THE ASA APPLICATION PROCESS

The Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office interviews at over 30 law school campuses and Job Fairs in the Northeast, Mid Atlantic and Southeast. Students attending law schools throughout the country are interviewed in Miami. Interviews of third year law students are generally conducted between September and January. Interviews of applicants with criminal trial experience are generally conducted year-round.

  • ON CAMPUS INTERVIEWS - Contact your law school's Career Services office to determine our on-campus interview date and application procedures.
  • DIRECT APPLICATION - If you have already graduated from law school, or if we do not visit your law school, please submit your resume with the online Certification Questionnaire below. Click here to refer to Chapter 11 of the Florida Bar Rules in PDF format for any questions you may have concerning your clinical program and post graduation certification.
